Everything is energy, and that’s all there is to it…. Nothing happens until something moves.
–Albert Einstein
As I am sure you already know, “moving” is important. Moving the thoughts of your mind toward gratitude, thankfulness, and positivity. Moving your thoughts away from criticizing, whining, and negativity. Moving your physical body regularly and avoiding “the sitting disease.” Moving away from specific individuals who drain your energy. Moving to a different environment that can enhance your mental, physical, and spiritual health. Moving toward happiness, helping others, and genuine humanitarian efforts. Moving toward becoming more actualized with high Emotional Intelligence and quality spirituality. You get the picture. Human beings are simply energy. Pay attention to your energy. Keep it moving—in the right direction.
